You must complete a diploma/certificate order form whether or 不 you plan to attend by the appropriate due date found in the above important dates/deadlines section. Note: If your name has changed, you must provide documentation such as a copy of a 结婚证书或姓名变更令.

重要的笔记
If you are transferring credits to Wilkes from a不her institution, we must receive your official transcript by the specified date listed in the important dates/deadlines 上面的部分.
If your academic file is incomplete, if you are 不 officially accepted into your program of study, or if you have 不 completed your graduation requirements, you will 不是研究生. 如果你的学位 completion is delayed to a不her term, you must reapply for the graduation audit by adding GRD/GRCT 000 to your next registration term and 重新整理你的毕业文件.
